Application Procedure
- School Visit
You are most welcome to visit the school in Telipara, Kotdwara and have an informal discussion with your child. This can be done by fixing a prior appointment with the Head of Admissions & Communication, through mail at admin@rppublicschool.in or telephone +91-9557057087, 8650335370. A meeting can also be arranged with the Principal or any specific faculty member that you may wish to interact with.
- Application
Parents are requested to be frank and honest in providing information in the admission application form. Adverse information if any, whether scholastic or behavioral, will not be a ground for refusal of an admission request. Any such information would, in fact, help the school to create a suitable environment for your child, once admitted. Any wrong information or concealment of information discovered later may lead to cancellation of admission.
- Admissions during the year
Parents may register for admission at any time during the year and an interaction will be scheduled whenever a place is available.

- Admission to Class Nursery
Eligibility: Minimum age 3+ years as on 1st April of that academic session
Procedure:
Online Application Form is available from mid June on the website.
Only the shortlisted candidates are called for Interaction in the month of July
- Documents required at the time of Registration
1. Photocopy of Birth Certificate from Municipal Corporation
2. Photocopy of Residence Proof
3. Aadhaar Card photocopy of father, mother & child
4. Passport size photographs of father, mother & child (one each)
5. Guardian Passport size photograph (one) and Aadhaar photocopy
Submission of application form does not guarantee admission, which will depend on the number
of seats available.
Admission to class Nursery will be through formal interaction with parents and child.
On confirmation of grant of admission, parents will be required to deposit the fee within
stipulated time failing which the offer of admission shall stand cancelled and the seat will be
offered to another applicant.
- Admission to Class Prep – Class IX
Online Application Form is available from fourth week of December on the website.
Entrance Test is conducted in the third week of January
On account of seats being very limited, the admission process focuses on getting to know an
applicant very well through interaction & academic assessment
- Admission to Class XI & XII
Aptitude test for External Candidates is conducted within 10 days after the last exam of Class X CBSE Board Examinations. Online Forms are made available accordingly.
