School administration plays a crucial role in creating a positive educational environment that enhances teacher effectiveness and, consequently, positively impacts children. We respect teachers as professionals, trust their expertise, and value their input in decision-making processes. Building a culture of mutual respect fosters a positive relationship between administrators and teachers, leading to a more conducive work environment.

Effective communication is key in any organization. As a school we ensure clear and open lines of communication with teachers to convey expectations, provide feedback, and address any concerns promptly. Encouraging open dialogue allows for better collaboration and understanding. The cultural shift that teachers at RPPS experience, from being told what to do to creating a safe space for them to innovate and bring in their own uniqueness translates into the classroom with the focus shifting from managing classroom behaviour to fostering motivation..

Workshops and professional development programmes from the best of educators/ trainers are a regular affair and, increasingly, RPPS teachers are asked to facilitate workshops for others, in areas such as Integration of IT, Early Childhood pedagogy, Language instruction, Self awareness and Safety norms, etc. Teachers are also no longer the ‘sage’ but equal participants on stage alongside the students.
