Workshops and professional development programmes from the best of educators/ trainers are a regular affair and, increasingly, RPPS teachers are asked to facilitate workshops for others, in areas such as Integration of IT, Early Childhood pedagogy, Language instruction, Self awareness and Safety norms, etc. Teachers are also no longer the ‘sage’ but equal participants on stage alongside the students.
